Shipping Info
We offer Free Ground Shipping within the Continental United States addresses only via FedEx Smart Post. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered and your location. Please allow between 2 to 8 business days for arrival.


There is a $10 flat rate fee for shipping to AFO/FPO addresses due to USPS charges.


We apologize but at the moment, we cannot deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or International via online orders. Please call us directly if you need to ship to these locations and we will get you a shipping quote. 303-455-2107 ext 1 or email info@oogiesnacks.com

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) Your credit card will be charged once you place your order. 


Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any item(s) you receive, you may return the item(s) as long as it is in its original, unopened condition within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. There are no exchanges or refunds on any items that have been used or don't have their original packaging. Please note that the shipping fee is non refundable unless it is our error in shipping. A fifty percent Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns (Sorry No Cash Refunds).

Return Instructions
If you wish to return an item purchased on Oogiesnacks.com, please follow the steps below.

1. Submit the original invoice in return package. Be sure you retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

2. Returns should be addressed to:

3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx or Parcel Post. Be aware that return shipping fees are not refundable.
